For booking confirmation:-

50% advance has to be paid to block dates and confirm booking.

Balance 50% to be paid 10 days before check in.

Security Deposit:- A refundable security deposit of ₹.10000 payable at the time of check in. You get it back at the time of check out.

Villa Rules:-

• A disclaimer form is to be signed at the time of check in with photo IDs.
• Any damage to the property or property belongings will be payable.
• Check in time is 02:00PM and check out time is 11.00 am.
• keep the house and surrounding area clean.
• Late check out would incurr charges of ₹.3000 per hour.
• Donot move any furniture.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Wash your feet before entering pool.
• Smoking & Hukah not allowed indoors.If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, make sure there is no damage to the property.
• Music volume to be low. Loud music not allowed. No dj system or external speakers allowed in the premises.
• Only boys group would be allowed only after prior permission. Check in would be denied if no permission takeb for only boys group.
• Pets not allowed without prior permission. Check in would be denied incase pets are there without permission.
• Bus not allowed in all properties so kindly inform before booking if travelling by bus.
• Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to use pool without parent or adult guardian supervision.
• Consumption of banned substance like drugs, weed etc is strictly not allowed. If anyone found in possession of such substances it would be directly reported to the concern authorities and immediate action will be taken.

Its a very beautifully made villa so please ensure all the rules are followed for smooth check out.

Any of the above rule if broken would incurr charges and your deposit would be retained.

Cancellation Policy:-

If cancelled on or less than 30 days of check in date - 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

If cancelled between 15 & 30 days, 75% will be charged.

If cancelled less than 15 days of check in date,full amount will be charged.

No free Rescheduling or Credit Note will be provided for cancellation.
